Our Venue
We have had residence here at the end of Monmouth Avenue for over 30 years, and have had the pleasure of holding events next to the nature reserve since 2000.
From Weddings, to Festivals, to more bespoke events such as naming ceremonies we can honestly say that we have done it all, but we always find something different pop up each year. From humble beginnings to the thriving Venue we are now, the road has been windy but motherless a passionate path.

The Clubhouse
The beating heart of our venue, a warm, welcoming yet modern space which is suitable for every event you can imagine, it is accessible and has a fully licensed and stocked bar, as well as integrated AV and PA systems.
The Ceremony Area
Tucked into the trees, our ceremony area seats up to 120 guests and overlooks the neighbouring nature reserve, with nothing to interrupt the view. It’s a light and beautiful space where nature becomes part of the decor, whatever the occasion.
The Marquee
Designed with summer in mind, our large, classic Marquee offers a bright and expansive space, with capacity for up to 500 people to celebrate with you. A light and flexible space, perfect for any large gathering.
The Greenspace
Our 13 acres of Greenspace allow for events with no boundaries, from outdoor bars, benches and garden games available in-house, our greenspace can be hired separately or as an additional space with any booking.
Our Bars
With an option of both an Outside and an Inside bar, both fully stocked with a wide range of drinks, there will be something for everyone to enjoy at your event.
We can offer wine menus for the more formal affairs and even shorts or shot specials for the party lovers.
Parking
Why should a taxi being late stop you from making an entrance?
With 200 plus parking spaces, there is room for everyone’s vehicle, and your guests are more than welcome to leave them in our car park overnight.
